Online Reservation Request

You can use the form below to send a RESERVATION REQUEST to the Granville Grand Hotel. THIS IS NOT AN ONLINE RESERVATION FORM. IT IS ONLY AN INQUIRY FORM. YOUR ROOM WILL NOT BE RESERVED JUST BY FILLING OUT THIS FORM! A reservation specialist will be in touch once we recieve your request. IF YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM US, YOU DON'T HAVE A RESERVATION.











Hotel Policies

  • We will need a credit card number and expiration date to reserve a room. (If you send an e-mail, you can spell out the numbers i.e. five four six five, two zero etc.)
  • The exact date of stay.
  • Room type you would require.
  • Your name as it appears on your credit card.
  • Check in time is 2pm Checkout time is 11am.
  • There is baggae storage available for early or late check outs.
  • There is a $5/bag charge for any bags left overnight.

Please note that reservations will not be made without valid credit card details.

We do not charge anything on your credit card at the time of reservation, we just hold the credit card numbers as a guarantee. If you do not show up and do not give us a 48 hour cancellation notice we will charge your credit card one nights room and tax. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express cards only.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date in order to avoid a charge of 1 night room and tax to your credit card. Except where noted otherwise. We will apply this charge to any future stay at our hotel (you must stay at The Granville Grand Hotel for at least 2 nights within 6 months of original cancellation).
